Training Leadership Consulting was founded on the belief that a Professional Services company is in business to provide exceptional service to fit each clients unique set of needs.  The "One Size Fits All" approach does not work in the Professional Services Environment.  Our clients have unique needs and each of our client’s situations is considered individually before we start to provide a road map for the way forward.

Community Involvement: At TLC, being a responsible member of the community is important to us. One way we support our greater community is by using our expertise in the business world to help fund and manage a local mobile wellness clinic. Running for over 5 years, The clinic is able to travel to various sites throughout KZN, providing basic medical care and HIV counseling to people who would not otherwise have access to these services.
