Every year, TLC sends out a customer survey to our clients asking them to rate us on service delivery.  In 2008, our clients gave us a 98.5% rating.  You can read some of their comments to the right in: "Client Testimony". We thank our clients for honoring us with such praise.  To the 1.5% that we missed, all we can say is that we'll try harder in 2009!
