For each of our courses, we have created a Real-World simulated project that takes learners from the beginning to end of the problem and solution. Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification:
TLC has a full suite of Instructor-Lead and On-Line Six Sigma training curriculum. Designed by experienced Training Developers who are also Certified GE Master Black Belts, the TLC Six Sigma Training Curriculum includes the essentials to ensure that you become a successful Certified Black Belt Project Manager. We have included an Introduction to Change Leadership, Team Development, Project Management.
Lean Training:
TLC's world-class Lean training is designed from the Lean latest thinking and experience. We have two separate basic Lean Principles courses. One focusing on the Manufacturing Environment and the other specifically designed for the and Services/Transactional Industry. This is perfectly suited for the Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications and other Financial Services businesses. In addition, TLC has created The FOCUS (TM) Method for practical application of the Lean Tools. The FOCUS Method is the Road map for successfully applying the Lean Tools in a project. FOCUS stands for: Focus, Operate, Create, Utilize, Sustain.
Business Process Management:
TLC has a unique program designed for and successfully implemented in leading American and South African companies. Our Standard Operating Model (SOM) is designed to enable companies to move from chaos and re-active management to stable and pro-active approach through standardized work in only a few months.
