B-BBEE Level 2
TLC has been verified by AQRate Verification Services as a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor under the Codes of Good Practice for Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment provided for in South Africa’s Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003. 125% of expenditure on TLC services can therefore be claimed as Preferential Procurement, allowing customers to boost their own B-BBEE scores.
