Andrew Lawson a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt has joined Training Leadership Consulting's team of experts as their Regional Director for Western Cape and Africa. He has  delivered significant Lean and  Six Sigma improvement programmes in large, complex manufacturing and service organisations.  Andrew defines his success by making a real difference, inspiring and influencing those around him. He excels at working with people and creating natural engagement and has a passion for teaching.

"I am a “big picture” strategic thinker and have coached at all levels of the organisation. I've developed and delivered visions for improvement and selected the most appropriate Lean or Six Sigma strategy to deliver results for the culture, values and structure of the business." says Lawson.

Throughout his career he has been accountable for the design and delivery of continuous improvement programmes in manufacturing, service, financial and IT based industries, including Air Traffic Control (NATS) and the United States Army.

Chris Barraclough is the Regional Director for KwaZulu-Natal at Training Leadership Consulting (TLC).  Chris works closely with clients as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant, Trainer, Engagement Leader and Facilitator.  During his tenure at TLC, Chris has co-developed courses such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Change Management, Lean and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS). Furthermore Chris has facilitated courses in Lean, Six Sigma, Train the Trainer, DFSS as well as facilitating numerous process improvement workshops.

As a TLC consultant Chris has gained considerable experience in Business Process Improvement, working with both Regional and National clients across many industries to improve efficiencies and manage change.  Chris has completed numerous improvement projects resolving a wide range of business problems, such as, improving recruitment and retention of employees, reducing debtors aging, reducing spend on operational costs, optimizing procurement and controlling stock levels. His recent appointment as Regional Director is testimony to his commitment, focus and results driven work ethic, since joining TLC in 2007.
