New Regional Director appointed for Western Cape and Africa

Andrew Lawson a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt has joined Training Leadership Consulting's team of experts as their Regional Director for Western Cape and Africa. He has delivered significant Lean and Six Sigma improvement programmes in large, complex manufacturing and service organisations. Andrew defines his success by making a real difference, inspiring and influencing those around him. He excels at working with people and creating natural engagement and has a passion for teaching. "I am a "big picture" strategic thinker and have coached at all levels of the organisation. I've developed and delivered visions for improvement and selected the most appropriate Lean or Six Sigma strategy to deliver results for the culture, values and structure of the business." says Lawson. Throughout his career he has been accountable for the design and delivery of continuous improvement programmes in manufacturing, service, financial and IT based industries, including Air Traffic Control (NATS) and the United States Army. 13 September 2012 –The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has awarded Training Leadership Consulting (TLC) the prestigious Authorised Provider accreditation. IACET Authorised Providers are the only organisations approved to offer IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The accreditation period extends for five years, and includes all programs offered or created during that period.
