Performance Management

performance-management2TLC views Performance Management as the measured approach of assessing progress toward achieving predetermined company goals. It involves base-lining, measuring and building on processes that are aligned to strategic goals.  Our approach to Performance Management harnesses process measurement and performance measurement to link individual objectives and organizational objectives. In addition to this, we ensure that skills-gaps of people (relative to what the process requires of them) are measured in order that they can be trained  to full competence.performance-management1

TLC believes in the creation of multi-layered-scorecards that reflect well-defined process outputs that are strongly aligned to the company strategy.  Tied in to these scorecards, TLC advocates an ABCBOC approach relative to individual and departmental targets/tolerances.  Our experience is that too many companies don’t implement a consequence (either positive or negative) to behavior.  The scorecards facilitate this and are always tailored to the work environment factoring in technology, people and processes.
