Disruptive Change:
Organizational change will take effect only after you disrupt the current way of doing things and replace them with the new way. Disruption must occur at specific behavior-driving elements within the organization and process being changed. One must address the system factors at play in the current way. This course teaches participants how to identify and change the organization’s system factors, disrupt the current way and create long lasting change.Training Leadership Consulting’s (TLC) Disruptive Change course will teach candidates how to inspire and support teams to achieve goals while managing the teams effectively. Participants learn the importance of removing organizational and political barriers through multiple levels of leadership, in order to achieve project success. The course facilitates learners through a discovery of their own styles and conflict modes and important change tools and techniques. Training is a balance of lectures and practical exercises to help maximize learning comprehension. Skills learnt in the classroom can be applied to real world projects.
