This five-day course is designed to teach Lean fundamentals and its application for learners specifically in the Service Industry.  Participants are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of all elements of the Lean Principles.  The course utilizes a combination of Lean Lead-time reduction simulation, case studies, and application of tools to facilitate learning the Lean principles.

Ideally this course is designed for the Project Manager who works within a manufacturing environment. It teaches skills needed to simplify and enhance complex mechanical processes.

FOCUS The Focus Methodology was developed by TLC to create a structured approach to LEAN implementation. The FOCUS roadmap will assist users to identify problems, improve and implement a LEAN solution.
