Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course Overview
The Black Belt course teaches the Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.  It is intended for existing and future leaders that are dedicated to the organisation as full time business improvement project leaders.

This course is designed to teach Process Improvement using the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) Methodology.  Participants are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of all elements of the Six Sigma methodology.  The course is 15 days in duration and utilizes a combination of process improvement simulation, case studies, application of tools and project work to facilitate learning of principles and completion of project deliverables.

Online Training: Participants can learn about Lean Six Sigma at their own pace and on their own time. This is ideal for busy executives who find it difficult to get away from their desk for long periods of time. The online training boasts online tutorials, simulations to practice Lean Six Sigma tools and an online exam at the end of the curriculum.

Facilitated Classes: The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is the most advanced version of Lean Six Sigma training.  The course consists of a number of weeks of training, a simulation project, followed by stringent exams and your own project.
