Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Training Leadership Consulting offers Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) ONLINE TRAINING or FACILITATOR LEAD CLASSES for larger groups.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course Overview

The Green Belt course is intended for part time business improvement project-leaders.  This course is a lighter version than the Black belt course and is intended for employees who will perform Business Improvement projects on a part-time basis in their own area of responsibility.  It is also often used to identify the next generation of Black Belt Candidates.

In a mature Lean Six Sigma deployment it is a good idea to get as many staff as possible Green-Belt-qualified in order to have as many people as possible speaking the language of Six Sigma and contributing to the success of the deployment.

Participants are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of all elements of the Six Sigma methodology.  It is also designed to teach Six Sigma fundamentals of Process Improvement using the DMAIC Methodology.  The course is 10 days in duration and utilizes a combination of process improvement simulation, case studies, application of tools and project work to facilitate learning of principles and completion of project deliverables.

Online Training: Participants can learn about Six Sigma at their own pace and on their own time. This is ideal for busy executives who find it difficult to get away from their desk for long periods of time. The online training boasts online tutorials, simulations to practice Six Sigma tools and an online exam at the end of the curriculum.

Facilitator Lead Classes: The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is an intermediate version of  Lean Six Sigma training.  The course consists of a number of weeks of training, a simulation project, followed by stringent exams and your own project.
