Training Leadership Consulting offers Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) ONLINE TRAINING or FACILITATOR LEAD CLASSES for larger groups.

This course is designed to teach Lean Six Sigma fundamentals to Team Members. In order to get a company-wide understanding of Lean Six Sigma, it is a good idea to get as many team members as possible trained on the yellow belt curriculum. This enables them to engage more effectively with the improvement team when working on projects.

 

Participants are trained on the fundamental elements of the Lean Six Sigma methodology to enable them to effectively contribute to the Lean Six Sigma Project Team. The course is 4 days in duration and utilizes a combination of process improvement simulation, case studies, application of tools and project work to facilitate learning of principles and completion of project deliverables.

Online Training: Participants can learn about Lean Six Sigma at their own pace and on their own time. This is ideal for Team members who find it difficult to get away from their desk for long periods of time. The online training boasts online tutorials, simulations to practice Lean Six Sigma tools and an online exam at the end of the curriculum.

Facilitator Lead Classes: The Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is for team members of the high level Lean Six Sigma projects that are occurring in their company. By having an understanding of Lean Six Sigma, they are able to assist in the project’s success by reducing defects on the factory floor. The course consists of training, a simulation project, followed by stringent exams and your own project.
