This course is designed to teach Business Process Improvement using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) Methodology. Consistent with all TLC Courses, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course has a built-in simulated project. This simulated project is designed to take learners through a real world scenario to test their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The course is 15 days in duration (over a 3 month period) and utilizes a combination of process improvement simulation, case studies, application of tools and project work to facilitate learning. On successful completion of the simulated project and examination, you will receive an Internationally recognised Standard Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from TLC and the Acuity Institute.

Ideally this course is designed for the Project Manager who works within a manufacturing environment. It teaches skills needed to simplify and enhance complex mechanical processes.
This five-day course is designed to teach Lean fundamentals and its appropriate for a Manufacturing Environment. Participants are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of all elements of the Lean Principles. The course utilizes a combination of Lean Lead-time reduction simulation, case studies, and application of tools to facilitate learning the Lean principles.

Organizational change will not occur unless you disrupt the order of the current way of doing things. Disruption must occur at specific behaviour driving levels within the organization and process being changed. One must address the system factors at play in the current way. This course teaches participants how to identify and change the organization’s system factors, disrupt the current way and create long lasting change.
Training Leadership Consulting’s (TLC) Disruptive Change course will teach candidates how to inspire and support teams to achieve goals while managing the teams effectively. Participants learn the importance of removing organizational and political barriers through multiple levels of leadership, in order to achieve project success. Training Leadership Consulting is excited to offer you a course with a difference. A Kaizen event is a focused, intense, short-term project. A Trained Kaizen Leader will facilitate a team through a structured method to apply Lean Thinking in order to resolve problems and gain agreement by all for the solution. This course is for improvement-leaders and teaches the structured Kaizen method of how to run problem solving sessions involving small to medium sized teams to deliver a project in a 6-10 week period.
The Kaizen course is built around teaching key tools and techniques of Kaizen as well as real application to enhance learning. Kaizen principles are trained and then applied through a hands-on Kaizen Event Simulation Case Study. The training course is very interactive and emphasizes problem solving and presentation of outcomes. When completed, course participants will have a solid foundation on how to successfully facilitate their own Kaizen Events.
